Can I bring in food?

Yes. You can bring in any non-alcohol food and drink items you would like.

Do I need my own plates and utensils?

You will need to provide plates, silverware, candles, and lighter for your food items, cake and/or ice cream.

Can I arrive early for setup?

Yes, you can check-in up to 15 minutes before the party reservation.

Can I change my reservation?

Once your reservation is completed there are no refunds. You may transfer your event with a $25 transfer fee up two weeks before the scheduled event. (Two weeks’ time allows our business to adequately staff parties.)

Can my party last longer?

Yes. Each additional hour is only $100. Contact us for help booking an extended party or if there is a date and time you are looking for that is unavailable.
